Bartending Packages

As is every event, every bartending package is unique and will be designed to suit your needs.

For an estimated cost, please contact me so I can accurately quote you based on the number of expected guests, location of the event, and services required.

Please see below for an outline of our package options:

Package option #1 Bartender/s and supplies -

(For venues that already include a bar)

This package includes:

• Bartending Services (Up to 8 Hours)

  • Bartenders have their Serving It Right certificates, bartending certificates and all work in the service industry. They are professional, reliable, and always bring a fun attitude!

• All Bar Materials (i.e measuring tools, shakers, bar mats, pour spouts, bar rags, etc)

• Ice Buckets & Scoops

• Plastic Cups

• Bar Napkins

• Ice For Drinks & Cooling Purposes

• Garnishes

  • Lemons and limes, unless otherwise specified.

• Drink Mixes

  • Generally we will provide Diet Coke, Coke, Gingerale, Tonic, Soda, Sprite, as well as orange, pineapple, grapefruit and cranberry juice. This is customizable if your guests have a preference or if you have a feature drink that requires different ingredients.

• The cost of this package depends on the amount of guests you are expecting and what types of drinks you would like served. Please reach out so I can give you an accurate estimate!

Package option #2 bartenders and mobile bar -

Everything outlined in package #1 as well as the use of one of our two mobile bars!

Mobile Bar Options:

• Trailer Bar (an elaborately converted horse trailer) -

  • Features:

  • Rustic and full of character.

  • Off the grid, this trailer does not require electrical or water hook ups.

  • Fits right in with the rustic, country theme.

  • Can be used as a photo prop. (Check out our Mother’s Day mini session photo shoot!)

  • Space to hold all alcohol, mix and glassware.

• Camper Bar (a beautifully converted 1967 Vanguard camper)

  • Features:

  • Clean and classy theme.

  • A massive ice well to cool assorted beverages.

  • Beautiful lighting and aesthetics.

  • Space for all of the alcohol, glass/plastic ware, and drink mixes.

  • A bar fridge (if electricity is available).

  • Options available to use as a photo prop as well.

Package additions -

We have an array of package add on’s available as well:

• Lawn Games - Assorted handmade wooden lawn games are available to rent including regulation size Cornhole, Jenga, a large Connect Four as well as a set of Dice. These are a great way to keep your guests entertained while you take your photos!

• Décor, Refreshment & Service Stations –

  These can be used in addition to the bar for larger groups to ensure your guests get the fastest and most efficient service possible. They also can be used as refreshment stations for non-alcoholic beverages or as additional décor!

  • Bar Top Trough Table - This is an amazing piece boasting a beautiful live edge bar top with a long metal trough down the middle. This can be used to cool beers, wine, ciders, and other refreshments. This is very helpful with venues that do not allow for a lot of refrigeration or just as a statement piece. My favourite use for this bar top is as a champagne station. We lay your champagne bottles in ice down the middle and have a server pour fresh champagne as your guests enter the space or before a toast.

  • Vintage Dresser - This can be used to add to the décor of your event (possibly to display photos), as a refreshment station, or we can use it as an additional service station.

  Photo Opportunities -

  • Our mobile bars are show stoppers! We can allow for time before the bar is set up to have photos taken inside or use it in the background as a prop. Alternatively, we can also rent the camper out for photo opportunities.
